Merchant Policy 

Refunds & Returns:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals and custom reptile builds, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Customers must report issues within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photo evidence.

 

Live Animal Guarantee:

We guarantee the health of our animals upon pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for conditions caused by improper husbandry or handling after the transaction. Please ask for care sheets or setup advice—we’re happy to help!

 

Custom Enclosures & Builds:

All custom orders require a 50% deposit up front. Balance due at pickup or prior to delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.

 

Shipping:

We do not currently offer live animal shipping. Enclosures and dry goods may be shipped upon request at customer’s expense. Tracking numbers will be provided.

 

Cancellations:

Custom orders must be canceled within 24 hours of deposit to qualify for a refund. After that period, cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.
