Your journey into the wild begins with safety

Welcome to Fangs in the Classroom! We're thrilled to offer an immersive, hands-on educational experience with reptiles and invertebrates. Before embarking on this exciting adventure, we require a waiver to ensure all participants and guardians understand the program, consent to interaction, and help us maintain a safe, engaging learning environment for every student.

Why this waiver is essential

Before participating in a Fangs in the Classroom reptile field trip, a waiver is required to ensure parents or guardians fully understand the hands-on educational experience involving reptiles and invertebrates. This form provides essential permission for interaction, confirms awareness of basic risks associated with live animals, and helps us maintain a secure and enriching learning environment for every student. Your understanding and agreement are key to a successful and safe field trip.

Our commitment to safety, your agreement to participation

Participants and parents/guardians must understand that our program includes supervised interaction with live reptiles and invertebrates as part of an educational experience. While Fangs of the Forgotten takes every precaution to ensure the safety of participants and animals, working with live animals carries inherent, albeit minor, risks including bites, scratches, stings, or allergic reactions. By signing this form, participants acknowledge and accept these risks, agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff, and confirm that any medical conditions or allergies have been disclosed. Parents or legal guardians grant permission for participation and agree that Fangs of the Forgotten, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries resulting from normal participation in the program.
